Compensation: $130,000 base + 30% bonus potential

Reporting to the President and Owner, Grayson will be filling a new position in the company. His initial responsibilities include process evaluation and skills assessment of employees, deal review and financial analysis. He's very pleased and volunteered the following:

"The overall compensation package was in line with my personal expectations and requirements. Additionally, this is an entrepreneurial setting, which has the potential for moving into the CFO role within the next year or two.
